My favourite food in the world
A plate of hot pancakes drizzled with Buckwheat Honey might be the most loved food item of the planet.
Without food, there is no life. There are so many dishes available in today's world some like Indian foods like Biryani, Dosa, Pav Bhaji,Pulav, Pani Puri etc whereas some like western foods like Pizza, Burger, Noodles etc. Among the number of food, Pulav is my favourite food because it include veggies like Cabbage, Carrot, Capsicum, Green Peas,etc. and its very healthy too.
Pulav is a rice dish cooked using an absorption method. It uses a very simple cooking style where vegetables are cooked first, the rice is added and then both of them are cooked together in a predetermined quantity of water. It is a delicious combination of rice, vegetables, ghee, and condiments. Although it is a simple dish, there are many variations of this recipe that you will love. For all the times you don’t wish to exhaust yourself while preparing an elaborate meal, try one of the pulav dishes to serve your guests and loved ones. You will find an interesting version of this particular dish in many cultures throughout India.
There are more Nine varieties of Pulav. They are:-
(1) Vegetable Pulav
It is a simple Pulav which includes veggies like Cabbage, Carrot, Capsicum, Peas, etc. and taste very good and healthy too.
(2) Pineappe Pulav
Pineapple Pulav tastes even better! It is a simple and easy recipe that can be prepared for both lunch and dinner. Make it and serve with raita and pickle.
(3) Kothukari Pulav
Kothukari Pulav is a South Indian recipe made with minced meat and a melange of aromatic spices. It is a wholesome rice dish that is both delicious and filling. It is easy to prepare with simple steps.
(4) Methi Pulav
